We use your personal data that you have decided to provide to us contained in the CV sent via the website www.asoszynska.pl.
What is the purpose and basis for processing your personal data?
Personal data contained in the CV sent by you are processed on the basis of consents granted via the website www.asoszynska.pl or in the legitimate interest of ADA.
What personal data are processed?
Your personal data that we process are:
• name;
• surname;
• address of residence / registration / correspondence;
• phone number;
• graduate studies, postgraduate studies, courses;
• experience;
• information on certificates and professional skills;
• e-mail address or other form of electronic communication.
For what purpose is the information about your previous employment collected?
Information about your previous employment is collected in order to check the matching of skills and experiences to the employee profile sought by us for the Employer.
Is the provision of data obligatory?
Only if you wish to take part in the recruitment or evaluation and development process conducted by Aneta Soszyńska Consulting now or in the future.

Who will we share your personal data with?
We share your Personal Data with selected associates of Aneta Soszyńska Consulting and Employers who use the company’s services in the area of recruitment, evaluation and development. Employers to whom we provide your personal data, only with your consent, independently determine the purposes and methods of processing these data, without being subject to our instructions in this regard. However, this does not release employers from the obligation to comply with the obligations arising from the provisions of the GDPR. Your data may also be made available to supervisory authorities upon their request for the purpose of verifying data processing operations.
How long will we process your personal data?
We will process your personal data from the moment you submit your CV via the website www.asoszynska.pl until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data in the recruitment processes conducted by the Administrator. Placing your data is voluntary and tantamount to consent to their processing, the consent may be revoked at any time. If you withdraw your consent, the data will be deleted immediately. You can withdraw your consent by sending relevant information to usuwam@asoszynska.pl
What rights do you have in relation to the processing of your data by us?
According to the GDPR, you have a number of rights in connection with the provision of personal data to us, i.e .:
• moving the data (changes to the data administrator);
• obtaining information on the data relating to you;
• rectification of data;
• data processing restrictions;
• deletion of data relating to you. Withdrawal of consent does not entail any negative consequences for you. Legal basis: art. 7 sec. 3 GDPR;
• filing a complaint.
When will the above-mentioned rights be implemented?
In any event, we will respond to your contact no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the request by e-mail.

The data is not transferred outside the European Union.
